If you have dental benefits through insurance, we will file that claim for you as a courtesy. We take the estimated patient portion at the time of treatment. Your contract with your insurance company is between you and them. Patients are ultimately responsible for all fees incurred in our office. We will try to give you an estimate of your portion before treatment. If you have not received an estimate, please ask. We strive to be as transparent as possible, and our office staff are always available to discuss patient financial responsibilities.
When working with dental benefits, our estimate is based on the information provided to us by your dental benefit company. Our contracted fees will be utilized where applicable. When working with a non-contracted benefit company we will utilize our office fees which may be higher than your benefit company allows. In this case you are responsible for the difference in fees.
We do not offer payment plans through our office. We do work with Care Credit, an outside financing company. If this is something you are interested in, please see link below for application. If you are approved for an account with Care Credit, we allow for a promotional rate of 0% interest for 6 months. Please check with Care Credit for details and terms of their program.
